Ansley Company in 2025, after graduating from The University of Texas at San Antonio’s Alvarez College of Business with a BBA in Real Estate Finance and Development. Armando serves as the lead analyst for the production team, underwriting all new prospective loans as well as submitting loan request packages to our variety of capital sources. Armando also serves as correspondence between the borrower and lender once the loan has been committed on, receiving and processing closing items and assisting in the ordering of third-party reports. He also assists the servicing teams by executing property inspections and processing inspection reports.
